£22,500 – £28,000 + Uncapped Commission

Due to continued success in our Temporary Division, we’re expanding our team. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or come from a strong sales background and want to step into recruitment, this is your chance to make a real difference. All training will be provided, and you’ll be working directly alongside our CEO and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience and support from day one.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience OR recruitment experience (360 is a plus)
• Confidence in building relationships and winning business
• A driven, ambitious mindset – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organisation skills
