📝 What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days will ever be the same! Your tasks will include:

*

Reaching out to new clients and promoting our services

*

Attending face-to-face client meetings

*

Creating and sending out marketing campaigns

*

Sourcing and screening candidates

*

Managing incoming calls and handling reception duties

*

Booking staff into shifts and liaising with clients

*

Collating timesheets and maintaining accurate records

*

Day-to-day admin including scanning, emailing, and updating our database

A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude

Strong time-management and organisational skills

*

A people-person who’s not afraid to pick up the phone or meet face-to-face

*

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

*

Flexibility to assist with out-of-hours service on an ad hoc basis

🕒 Working Hours:

*

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

*

Early finishes when your work’s done

*

Additional flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours support
