The Role

During your first year, your primary focus will be supporting and then leading key compliance activities, developing the skills and relationships required for progression into a Recruitment Consultant role.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting and developing the Compliance Team

*

Building strong relationships with prospective and existing candidates

*

Facilitating and expediting compliance processes

*

Preparing documentation and supporting National Framework and Private Sector compliance audits

*

Developing candidate management and relationship-building skills

*

Learning the recruitment process and preparing for promotion to Recruitment Consultant

Working Hours

*

8:00am – 5:00pm or

*

9:00am – 6:00pm
