McGregor Boyall, a global recruitment consultancy, is offering a Trainee Recruitment Apprenticeship (Recruiter Level 3) within our Financial Services and Commerce & Industry divisions in London.

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn a recognised qualification, and develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant in under a year.

? What's the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship?

This nationally recognised programme combines:

• ? Remote learning modules
• ? Classroom-based training sessions
• ? On-the-desk coaching with experienced recruiters

You'll gain a deep understanding of recruitment, sales, candidate sourcing, client relationships, and more - with full support every step of the way.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Advertising roles, identifying talent, and screening candidates
• Supporting interviews and shortlisting processes
• Shadowing client calls and meetings
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Learning sales and business development techniques
• Working towards clear performance goals and targets

?? What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
• Ambitious, resilient and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent (a degree is not required)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Any customer service or sales experience is a bonus
