About the Impact Academy
Our academy is built to train, guide, and support new consultants from day one. You'll learn how to source top teaching talent, prepare strong CVs, partner with our sales team, hit achievable goals, and earn commission as you go.

After a successful first year, you'll take on your own sales desk and receive advanced training in business development, negotiation, safeguarding, and client management - with full support from experienced mentors and leaders.
