Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers across multiple sectors.

• Using commercial awareness to identify opportunities and win new business.

• Sourcing, headhunting, and screening high-quality candidates for roles in administration, HR, marketing, operations, and executive support.

• Writing compelling job adverts and managing applications.

• Guiding candidates through interviews and offers.

• Negotiating and closing placements, hitting targets, and earning commission.

• A graduate with at least 6-12 months of commercial experience (e.g. sales, account management, retail management, customer service, or client-facing roles).

• Confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly.

• Ambitious and driven to achieve targets and progress rapidly.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Professional, polished, and proactive in approach.

• £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission.
