Trainee Recruitment Consultant (High Earning!)

The Company

A small specialist agency hiring into global brands on an exclusive basis. The successful Trainee Recruitment Consutlant will work with household name commercial brands, banks and consultancies. The owner of the company has 15 years recruitment experience so you will be joining him to learn the role one to one. This is an outstanding entry level role in a recruitment field a that is very high earning.

The Role

* Hiring Perm, contingent roles at AD to C-suite level. Currently they have over 50 open vacancies many very senior and exclusive.

* Variety of role types to source including risk, procurement, finance, operations and more

* The business work at a senior level with world known brands, working closely and building strong rapport and trust and picking up as many senior positions as they can within the client base

* Because of this clients career long relationships their customers have given him a lot of work, there is a strong incoming demand of roles leading to a need to hire 2 people to grow the business

* Resourcers (Trainee Recruitment Consultants) will come in and do a proactive researching, sourcing and screening role from day one they will be on the phone contacting candidates, initially until they are ready most likely 1 year your manager will do the client side of the role.

* When ready you will do a 360 role taking the briefing from clients and filling the role

* It is unlikely that they will need to be doing any BD, they can pick up roles eventually by expanding relationships within accounts

* You will be using LinkedIn extensively

* You will be using the CRM – Firefish to track candidates and record notes

Package

* £20-£25k basic plus commission

* Threshold annually of 15k plus your basic salary so essentially after about 3 to 4 deals you will be earning commission for the year at a high level.

* Commission is annual brackets, paid monthly

* 0-100k = 25%

* (Apply online only)k = 30%

* 250k upwards= 45%

* 50% split on the deal for resourcers, 100% when doing 360 even if it is into existing clients

* Hours – 10 to 4pm, 5 days in the office, moving to hybrid as your experience develops, 2 days from home most likely after 1 year service

* Dress- Smart Casual (you will keep a suit in the office for client meetings)

Requirements

* Likely to have recently left education

* Ideally competitive (sporty would be great)

* Attitude more important than experience

* Will need to be confident and determined to be on tools from day 1, confident telephone manner, learning by doing

* Need to be a hard worker with a desire and need to make money

* Will have the right attitude in interview process, to be inquisitive, curious, well researched, good questions, dress smart etc.
