Starting salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + uncapped commission

OTE Year 1: £40,000 - £50,000

The Role:

• Create your own 360° recruitment desk, mastering client development and candidate sourcing
• Sales, B2B sales, cold calling, business development, relationship management
• Exceptional earning potential through uncapped commission structure, up to 40% of billings
• Progress to leadership and director level roles
• International opportunities
