What We Offer

• Competitive starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000, plus uncapped commission (first-year earnings £35,000 - £40,000+)

The Role
You'll be joining a high-performing, supportive team in Manchester and play a vital part in connecting schools with quality educators. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Interviewing and supporting education professionals for temporary and permanent roles

• Promoting candidates to schools across the region

• Building lasting relationships with schools and education staff

• Hitting personal and team performance targets

• Earning commission for every placement and achievement
