Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Strong earning potential and quick progression

£25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (£30k-40K OTE Year 1) (£55K-65K OTE Year 2) (£80k-100K+ OTE Year 3)

If you want to be successful in recruitment, then you’ll need to build great relationships with people (clients and candidates). It is a multi-faceted role combining outbound sales, business development, marketing, negotiation, and analytics. We will teach you how to master this skill set, but you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to build rapport, adapt to different situations, and be resilient.

👨‍💻 Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline

📞 Develop new business with target clients in your market

👨‍ Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!

⚡ Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups

🤝 Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best firms out there!

✈️ Frequent travel to the Netherlands & Belgium, to attend client and candidate meetings

🦊 Be a brand ambassador for Foxtek by ensuring a 5-star customer experience!
