Must have’s

* Previous experience in sales or recruitment

* Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Previous recruitment experience

* Experience working in a business development environment

So, what will you be doing?

* Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients

* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

* Matching candidates to suitable opportunities

* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

* Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity

* Supporting clients with their temporary staffing requirements

* Providing an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates

* Maintaining accurate records and recruitment activity using company systems

* Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and business goals
