Some of your duties will include:

- Liaising extensively with clients both over the telephone and by email

- Establishing client requirements and preparing quotations on their behalf

- Managing client order requirements and processing through to successful delivery stage

- Placing orders with suppliers when needed and tracking goods into the warehouse

- Managing any service issues that occur and ensuring these are fully resolved

- Monitoring stock levels and alerting buying team or stock shortages
