Role Description

This is a

full-time

role for a Trainee Sales Advisor. As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, learning to drive sales and building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers.

At Pillar each day you will be learning something new from new challenges, experiences, as well as opportunities.We will provide on-going training as well as 1-1 mentoring.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service skills ( desirable )
Sales skills ( desirable )
Hospitality experience ( desirable )
Ability to learn and apply training techniques
Ability to work well in a team
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to speak to customers on a face-to-face basis
