We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Trainee Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team in Glasgow. What You'll Be Doing

* Engaging with homeowners across the local area to introduce our products/services

* Visiting customers in their own homes to discuss their needs

* Building rapport quickly and identifying opportunities

* Managing your own diary of appointments and follow-ups

* Working closely with a supportive team and sales manager who'll help you develop your skills

* Hitting personal targets that directly shape your take-home pay

What We're Looking For

* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with people face-to-face

* Self-starter who's happy managing their own time and workload

* Resilient — someone who isn't knocked off course by a "no"

* Driven by results and motivated by uncapped earning potential

* Full UK driving licence preferred (own transport may be required for the role)
