Trainee Sales Executive

We are currently collaborating with a well-established Cambridgeshire-based manufacturer with over two decades of industry experience in the supply of products to the consumer and B2B construction market, as they seek a trainee for their sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity as you will be coached to be a success in this field, giving you both the tools for a career in sales, and internal promotion opportunities based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell, cross-sell
• Support and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order
• Keep customer data up to date in a CRM
• Work with Marketing to share promotional materials and campaigns
• Cover and support regional sales teams as needed
• Share insights and opportunities with the wider sales team to drive growth

Due to the location of the Bedfordshire-based office, this role will be commutable from either Cambridge, Ely, Downham Market, Chatteris, Newmarket, Littleport, Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.
