A hugely successful, privately owned group of manufacturing companies is seeking multiple Trainee Sales Executives to join four of its businesses across the Midlands.

Full training will be provided on all products, so experience in a specific sector is not required. What matters is attitude, ambition, and a proven track record of sales success in any environment.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and hitting targets within a supportive, high-performing environment. You'll benefit from comprehensive product training and the backing of an organization that invests in developing its people.

Who We're Looking For

* 1-3 years' proven sales experience in any environment

* Demonstrated success in roles such as telesales, car sales, recruitment consultancy, or product sales

* Hunger to develop and grow within a larger business

* Attitude and drive that outweighs industry experience

* Based in the Midlands
