The Trainee Sales Manager Role:

You’ll start by gaining a strong foundation in customer engagement, product knowledge, and campaign delivery. As you develop, you’ll move into a leadership role where you’ll coach others, help manage performance, and support campaign strategy.

You’ll receive structured, hands-on training across:

• Sales and client communication
• Public speaking and presentation
• Team leadership and coaching
• Campaign planning and performance tracking
• Business development and professional conduct

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in face-to-face campaigns across Leeds
• Learn and apply sales strategies to meet individual and team targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term rapport
• Work toward weekly performance goals and KPIs
• Attend regular leadership workshops and coaching sessions
• Begin mentoring and supporting new team members
• Progress into management with people and campaign responsibilities
