Sales / Lettings Negotiator - Battersea
BASIC SALARY £25,000. OTE: £40K, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression

We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Lettings Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Battersea working with our client, a long established and respected agent with over 20 years of experience

Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and lets.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Lettings Negotiator

• Preferably somebody with experience in a sales environment
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
