Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator
Location: Sutton Coldfield (number of options in and around Sutton Coldfield depending on which branch you live closest to)
Basic: £22,000
OTE: £25,000+ with a guaranteed commission in place
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

A multi-branch, highly reviewed Estate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Sutton Coldfield or surrounding area. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to kick-start your career in Estate Agency with one of the leading firms in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sales process by liaising with clients and buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about available properties.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Working Days:

• Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 pm,
• Plus 1 Saturday 9:00-3:00 pm every other week and a day off in Lieu when doing this week
