Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Ideally 6–12 months’ experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Eagerness to learn and progress in the property industry
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Registering applicants and handling enquiries
• Assisting with valuations and mortgage appointments
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Supporting the sales progression process
