Job Description - Trainee Sales Negotiator

Location: Maidstone
Salary: £20k basic £OTE £30k (You can earn an additional £10,000. per annum on these additional opportunities.
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

One of London and Kent’s leading independent estate agencies, is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. We’re renowned for our strong local reputation, high service standards, and industry awards – and we’re ready to train the next top performer.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

Registering and qualifying new applicants
Booking and conducting property viewings
Building relationships with buyers and vendors
Supporting senior negotiators with property sales progression
Maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering a great customer experience
Working towards sales targets and KPIs

? We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator with a professional manner
Passion for property and a genuine interest in estate agency
A positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
Clean UK driving licence (essential)
Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
