Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:

• Preferably, some experience in a customer service or Sales role is desired
• A Full Driving Licence and access to own car
• Personable and reliable individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties for the Trainee Sales Negotiator position:

• Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
• Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions a
• Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
• Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
