Job Description - Trainee Sales Negotiator

Due to expansion an award winning multi branch agency are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for their Orpington branch. Career progression within this company are phenomenal.

Basic £15,000-£18,000
Commission £7,500- £9,500 based on a pool commission.
OTE £22,500-£27,500.

Guaranteed commission for the first three month.

Additionally, extra income can be gained from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, Google reviews, and referral of listings and lettings business.
We have staff earning up to an additional £10,000 PA.
Mortgages £35 gift voucher.
Solicitors £50 Gift voucher.
Property referral £100
5 Star Google review £10.
All offices are projecting to exceed budget, increasing any candidates O
