• OTE £30,000+ pa
• Competitive basic salary plus monthly commission
• You will need to use your own car for property visits but there is a good car allowance paid monthly

As Trainee Sales Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full sales process from initially registering applicants, marketing properties and being out and about conducting viewings through to eventually negotiating offers between applicants and clients. You will be fully trained to ensure all properties are successfully sold complying to the latest legal requirements. After full training as Sales Negotiator you will be securing the successful sale of properties, enjoying the satisfaction and substantial rewards of this role.

Candidates must:

• Have the desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on
• Have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Have a UK driving licence and will need their own car
• Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
• Ideally have local knowledge of the Kingston upon Thames area
