• OTE £35,000 - £45,000 pa
• Exciting opportunity to work, as an estate agent, in this fashionable area of London covering the South Bank of the Thames between the Oval and London Bridge
• Full training for estate agency professional qualifications
• Great commission package in addition to a basic salary of £22,000 pa
• Car allowance of £3,600pa - You must have a UK driving licence
• Company car provided if you dont have your own car.
• In subsequent years, as a fully trained Sales Negotiator, earnings will be substantially higher at this successful office

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator Estate Agent in this varied and exciting role you will learn the full sales process

Initially, you will be involved in:

• Sourcing and marketing of potential properties for sale
• Registering client and customer details and requirements
• Conducting property viewings

After training as a Sales Negotiator you will:

• Become involved in negotiating offers
• Follow the whole sales process through to ensure properties are sold in line with the latest legislation
• Enjoy the satisfaction of happy clients alongside the substantial financial rewards of this role

Candidates should:

• Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
• Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
• Hold a UK driving licence
• Be accurate, numerate and have good attention to detail
• Ideally have good local knowledge of this area of London
