We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Sales Progressor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of estate agency. Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported through gaining a recognised estate agency qualification — all while being paid. This is an office-based role in a very busy environment, dealing with high volumes of calls and emails. It’s ideal for anyone with strong customer-service experience, even if you haven’t worked in property before.

This role is more back-end than front-line - you won’t be out and about, but rather handling the vital coordination that keeps property sales progressing smoothly.

Requirements

• No previous estate agency experience required

• Customer-facing background essential

• Pro-active and able to multi task

• Confident communicator - both phone and email

• Ability to build rapport quickly

• Works well under pressure

• Organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with tech and systems

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a pipeline of property sales

• Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers, and solicitors

• Keep systems and CRM up to date

• Handle phone and email communication throughout the process

• Support with key release and related admin

• Work to deadlines and monthly targets
