The Role

As a Graduate Trainee Sales Recruiter, you’ll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you:

• Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers in the engineering and technical sectors
• Source and assess top sales talent for mid to senior-level roles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from searching for candidates to organising interviews and supporting successful placements
• Use cutting-edge recruitment software and automation tools
• Support client accounts and learn to negotiate deals
• Contribute to our high-performing, collaborative team culture

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a passion for sales, people, and business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambition, drive, and a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Confidence to engage with senior professionals
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
