We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales/Account Manager to join our dynamic team, supporting IT resellers across East, West, and Southern Africa. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing quotations, processing orders, and sourcing IT hardware.
• Foster and develop client relationships to maximize revenue potential.
• Proactively follow up on quotations and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance training, share knowledge, and generate leads.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Interest in IT hardware or a qualification in ICT.
• Understanding of IT networking solutions and distribution channels (desirable).
• Previous experience in IT sales or quoting IT solutions (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a results-driven mindset.
