Job Description - Trainee Service Administrator

Our Client is an Independent Dealership with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Trainee Service Administrator to join their team based in Horsham.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the service department.
Assist with booking vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs, and maintaining accurate service records.
Liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Help monitor compliance, documentation, and service deadlines.
Assist with preparing reports, invoicing, and warranty claims.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.

Requirements:

A strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is desirable, but full training will be provided.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to develop new skills.
