Do you have pensions or financial servcies expereince and looking to develop your experience with SIPPS, if so this client is seeking a Retail Pensions Administrator to join an area of the business plays a pivotal role in managing the rapid growth of their SIPP product within the business.
As well as managing daily workloads, address queries, and handle escalated or complaint cases, the role will see you (with training) oversee process risks and adherence to reporting and data quality rules related to owned processes. Additionally responsibilities will also include:
With a can do attitude and a proactive approach, your experience will have been gained within pensions (DC, DB or SIPP) sector, together excellent administrative and communication skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop.
The role offers hybrid working (2 / 3 days in office), together with a remuneration package that includes end of contract bonus, onsite (free) gym, parking and a non-contributory pension etc.
