Role Overview
As a Trainee Solicitor, you will:

• Rotate across key practice areas including property, litigation, and employment law, gaining a well-rounded foundation in legal practice.
• Work closely with experienced solicitors and partners who will provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Assist in the drafting of legal documents, conducting research, attending client meetings, and contributing to case preparation.
• Develop strong client-facing skills and learn how to deliver commercially sound, pragmatic legal advice.
• Take part in structured training programmes designed to accelerate your technical and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Completion of the LPC or SQE Part 1 (preferred).
• A strong academic background, ideally with a focus on commercial or property-related subjects.
• A genuine interest in business and property law, with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
