Salary: £12.21ph - £13ph
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

Location: Near Blackwater

Syntech Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Trainee Sprayer to join our Sign Manufacturing client, supplying bespoke signage and display pieces to clients across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in spray painting and surface finishing. No prior experience is required, but a genuine interest in manufacturing and hands-on work is essential. Candidates with a car & driving license will be at a distinct advantage.

Trainee Sprayer Duties:

• Preparing materials for spraying (metals, plastics, MDF, and timber)
  
  
• Using wet spray and powder coating techniques
  
  
• Assisting experienced sprayers with set-up and application
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  
  
• Following all Health & Safety protocols
  
  

Trainee Sprayer Profile:

• No experience required – full training will be given
  
  
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  
  
• Able to follow clear instructions and work well in a team
  
  
• Interest in working with paints, coatings, and surface finishes
  
  
• Able to commute to site near Blackwater via their own transport
