We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Outline of key responsibilities...
Carry out stock condition surveys across our portfolio, assessing the condition of buildings, identifying defects, and recommending effective repair solutions in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
Undertake health and safety inspections in accordance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS), ensuring risks are identified and appropriately managed
Survey a diverse range of assets, including homes, garages, communal areas, estates, and new build properties
Support our sustainability goals by contributing to the achievement of EPC C across all homes by 2030, including carrying out EPC assessments
Take ownership of customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring they are resolved professionally and in line with organisational policies and procedures
We are looking for someone who has...
Minimum of 2 A-levels (plus 4 GCSEs at grade C/ grade 4 or above) including maths and English
An interest in a career in surveying
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Exemplary organisation and prioritisation skills and ability to work on own initiative
Excellent ICT skills
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
