Trainee Trading Manager - Appleby Westward Group Ltd

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of trading ambient within our Saltash Depot, we are looking for a self-motivated energetic person who performs well working in a high-pressure environment. The role requires good analytical skills to achieve and surpassing challenging income targets. The successful applicant will have the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.  You will be highly numerate and PC literate with the personality to engage effectively with team colleagues, suppliers and retailers.

Applicants should have:

• The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, and confidence to make quick thinking decisions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

• Experience of working in a Retail environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
