We are a small company that makes a big impact in the world!What would you be doing?You will complete a comprehensive training and induction programme which will get you up to speed with our markets, our software and our clients. Once this is completed, you will be involved in:Acting as a point of contact for clients to ensure they derive the greatest possible value from the use of our software.Providing business critical technical support to our clients, who are high profile financial institutions, utilities and funds.Providing technical consultancy to our clients in areas like product configuration and training.What are we looking for?Qualifications either at GCSE and/or A-LevelSome experience with IT (Could be a part-time job, apprenticeship, internships/work experience or even a hobby).Experience of working in a customer service environment where you’ve needed to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
