What You'll Do:

• Carry out testing, validation, and maintenance of critical decontamination equipment (autoclaves, washers, disinfectors) across NHS hospitals, labs, and government facilities
• Train to work to the highest UK standards (HTM guidelines, UKAS testing)
• Learn directly from industry experts with over 20+ years’ experience
• Gain hands-on field experience from week one
• Achieve recognised internal certifications and OEM-specific qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Basic engineering background (mechanical, electrical, process, or similar)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in developing a specialist technical career
