The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting ambitious candidates with innovative tech businesses. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Building and maintaining networks of new candidates.

• Proactively headhunting top talent in the market.

• Reviewing and shortlisting strong CVs.

• Creating engaging job adverts.

• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the process.

• Negotiating and closing offers.

• Earning commission on every successful placement.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree preferred (any discipline considered).

• Evidence of success in any environment (academic, professional, or extracurricular).

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Minimum 6 months’ commercial experience in recruitment or sales.
