Job Title: Trainer
Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
Salary: Â£35,000–Â£40,000 per annum
Shift: Day shift

Role Summary

The Trainer is responsible for delivering operational and compliance training to ensure the workforce is competent, safe, and compliant with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver induction and ongoing training for staff
Maintain training records and competency matrices
Assess and monitor staff performance
Support managers in identifying training needs
Deliver refresher and compliance training as required

Requirements

Requirements

Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring
Strong presentation and communication skills
Understanding of operational and safety standards
