As a Training Delivery Specialist focused on induction, you will deliver high-impact induction training that helps new employees hit the ground running. You'll design and lead engaging learning experiences that reflect the company's values, support business goals, and make people feel welcome and prepared.

Description

• Create and deliver engaging induction sessions that help new starters feel confident and informed.
• Use a mix of in-person, virtual, and hands-on learning methods to suit different roles and learning styles.
• Work closely with internal teams and subject experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience by gathering feedback and adapting your approach.
• Promote a culture of learning by making training accessible, inclusive, and easy to engage with.
• Support the shift toward modern, blended learning models that prioritize real-world application and collaboration.
• Ensure all training meets quality standards and reflects the organization's values and goals.
• Support the transformation of learning to a 70/20/10 model
