ABOUT

Redwood Search is working with a well-established and growing organisation that continues to go from strength to strength. We are recruiting a Training Administrator who will be responsible for scheduling and managing training courses. We are ideally seeking a candidate with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organisational skills are essential.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Coordinate and schedule training events in line with agreed timelines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Order materials and prepare all course content,
• Liasing with the technical department to ensure at the right equipment is set up
• Accurately log all information in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot any on-site issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
• Book venues, trainers, accommodation, and travel.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently.
