The role:

· You will work closely with employees and their managers to understand individual career goals and help create plans to fulfil professional objectives.

· Help identify high potential employees, collaborate with all parties to identify gaps, areas for development.

· Create innovative initiatives to support career development, succession planning and talent management

· Liaise with various departments to spearhead the successful implementation of changes and business outcomes.
