* Maintaining accurate booking, candidate and training records
* Supporting the smooth running of courses at the Milton Keynes training centre

* Providing wider administrative support to the business
What are we looking for?
You’ll be highly organised, reliable and detail-focused, with the confidence to communicate professionally with customers and external organisations.
You should have:
* At least 1 year’s experience in administration, coordination or customer service
* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A confident telephone and email manner
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* A willingness to learn new systems, processes and industry knowledge
Motor industry or training-sector experience is desirable, but not essential. Experience with Xero, training providers, awarding bodies or booking systems would be an advantage.
Full training provided
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in motor industry training before. Full training and support will be provided, giving you the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the role.
