Location; Birmingham, 2 days a week work from home

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Duration: Permeant, Full time

We are working with a well renowned Birmingham based IFA who are looking for a Training and Compliance Manager to join their Compliance team. This is a newly created position due to business growth with several further acquisitions planned in 2025.

The role has 2 key functions:

1 To train and support new Financial Advisers to ensure they reach Competent Adviser Status (CAS).

2 File checking and reviewing existing advisers to make sure that they remain compliant and up to date with FCA regulation.

You will also be involved in other Training and development projects throughout the business and will report to the Head of Compliance.

What’s required for the Training and Compliance Manger?

• Level 4 diploma in financial planning
• Experience within a training or compliance based role within financial services
