Our client, a forward-thinking and growing organisation, is on the lookout for a Training & Events Coordinator to bring energy, precision, and creativity to their dynamic team. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering impactful training experiences that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Orchestrating a variety of training courses-from public sessions to bespoke client events.
• Managing the full training lifecycle: scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Keeping the Trainer Diary and CRM system up to date and running like clockwork.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to confirm bookings and provide top-tier service.
• Troubleshooting on-the-go and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any hiccups.
• Handling exam logistics and ensuring trainers have everything they need to succeed.
• Booking venues, managing budgets, and ensuring every detail is spot on.
• Supporting the wider operations team and reception when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
• Experience in a busy office environment-bonus points for event or training coordination!
• A master multitasker with razor-sharp organisational skills.
• A confident communicator who thrives on building relationships.
• Someone who stays cool under pressure and adapts with ease.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for getting things right the first time.
