Job Description - Training Chef
The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
You will be expected to work 5 days a week, mainly Monday - Friday but occasional weekends may be required.

Monday - Friday - £14.06 per hour
Saturday - £18.99 per hour
Sunday - £23.Prepare, cook and present food for patients and staff breakfast, lunch and dinner following the agreed recipes and standards set by the Trust
- To maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
- Report faulty machinery/equipment immediately.
- Accurately record all food wastage and report to Head Chef or Catering Service Manager as applicable
*Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety
- Basic DBS on the update service
- Proven catering experience
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
