We are proud to be supporting our major client in their search for a Training Co Ordinator to support learning, compliance and colleague development.

As Training Coordinator in the People and Culture team, you will help plan, coordinate and maintain effective training across the site. You will support new starters, manage accurate training records, assist with SOPs and Work Instructions, and help ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence required to work safely and effectively.

Role of a Training Co Ordinator:

Coordinate and support SOP training, competency assessments and compliance activities.

Help drive learning through Redzone Learning and other training tools.

Create, review and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions.

Keep training records accurate, up to date and easy to access.

Support new starters during onboarding and help them settle into the business.

Work closely with managers and colleagues to identify training needs and support continuous improvement.

Details:

£28k

8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (There is a requirement for flexibility to support business needs).

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Requirements of a Training Co Ordinator

Previous experience in training coordination, learning and development, compliance, HR or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, with confidence delivering training to groups of employees.

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Good IT skills, ideally with experience using training systems or digital learning tools.

Experience working with SOPs and an understanding of BRC requirements would be advantageous.

Strong written and spoken English.

A proactive, supportive and professional approach, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues have a positive work experience.
