Job Description - Training Coordinator

Join Our Team as a Training Coordinator!

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional training coordination services? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where effective communication and problem-solving are key to success? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to deliver a Managed Learner Service to our prestigious client, Scottish Power. In this pivotal role, you'll plan, coordinate, and communicate training and assessment events while working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Training Coordination: Organise and book training sessions, issue timely joining instructions, and manage the logistics of delivery within budget and compliance standards.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to queries and attending face-to-face meetings to align on requirements.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain real-time, accurate data in the booking system, track events, and compile compliance documentation for client reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster productive relationships with internal and external partners to meet operational and contractual goals.

What We’re Looking For:

We value individuals with strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude. You should be adaptable, enthusiastic, and detail-focused, with the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Experience of working in a training environment is highly desired.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in a training coordination environment.
  • Data management and reporting experience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
