GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Are you an experienced training delivery professional with expertise in simulation and a background in military Air Command and Control (C2) or wider air power roles? PLEXSYS is seeking expressions of interest from dynamic and qualified individuals to join an exciting new project spanning the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. As part of this exciting new venture, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, hands-on training to military and defence professionals. This project involves overseas training delivery, providing a unique opportunity to work across diverse environments and make a real impact on the development of air power capabilities.

•    Recent Training Delivery Experience: Demonstrable experience in delivering training, particularly within simulation environments.
•    Military Background (Preferred): A strong background in military Air Command and Control (C2) or wider air power roles.
•    Global Experience: Ability and willingness to travel to various regions including the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
•    Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to deliver clear, effective, and engaging training programs.
•    Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse and dynamic environments, adapting to varying cultural and operational contexts.
