Training Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced CIPD level 5 Training Manager to join an established and growing company based in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have:

* 5 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment.

* Minimum 3 years' leadership experience managing training teams, trainers, coordinators, or subject matter experts.

* Professional qualification in Leadership & Management desirable

* The role is based in an operational factory environment with associated levels of noise and temperature and can be physically demanding.

* Experience developing competency-based training frameworks.

* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health & Safety, Quality Systems, and Compliance requirements.

* Data analysis and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

* CIPD Level 5

* Train-the-Trainer qualification.

* Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification desirable.

* IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) desirable.

* Project Management certification desirable.
