Training Manager

Location: Hampshire
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm
Salary: Competitive

We're currently searching for an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading training activities within regulated manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the site training strategy
Lead and develop trainers and training coordinators
Manage competency frameworks, training matrices and the LMS
Ensure training compliance across GMP, Quality and Health & Safety
Identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmes
